Learning healthy habits at a young age can reap benefits for a lifetime. Here are some heathy tips that the child must adapt early in his life: we start by
a- Hygiene: hand washing, is a simple and a very important step in fighting off germs that are every where. Make sure that a child wash his hands before and after each meal, after play, and after each visist to the bathroom.
b-Oral care; we should make sure that the child doesnot have frequent toothache and toothdecay. You should not only make sure that he brushes his teeth twice a day, but he brushes his teeth for two minutes every day, and in a proper way. Regular visits to the dentist is essential for a good health of the teeth.
c-Sleep: Recent studies showed that children who do not get enough sleep in childhood turned out to be obese adults. All children need more than eight hours of sleep. donot let them stay late, if he sleep late he will wake up late.
