Physical activity

                                                

   Statistics have shown that sedentary lifestyle leads to weight gain and many other health problems such as cardiac disease, diabetes later in life, and many others;that is why physical activity is very important.Physical activity enhances both physical fittness and promotse positive self esteem since it is also prevent depression.Health experts recommendation is 20-30 minutes of  aerobic activities three times a week, but for kids it is important to stay active and move around all the time ,walking ,running, biking.Exercising is not only good for your health, but it is fun.

  1. 1)Rather than watching TV , one can either go for a walk, participate in a sport, or do anything that involves moving around.
