Healthy diet means that you have to consume the balanced amount of essential nutrients,in addition to adequate amount of water.Healthy diet decreases the possibility of having multiple diseases such as obesity, hypertension,and cardiac problems.To eat healthy, should include balanced amount of fat, carbohydrate,and protein, so to meet the human body needs.You can choose one serving from each food group that is found in the food pyramid to create a healthy plate. As they say: One apple a day keeps the doctor away.
I will mention few recommendations to follow when preparing for your meal
- Drink plenty of water
- Get your calcium rich food,drink milk
- Eat a variety of vegetables,and fruits
- Avoid Junk food
- Eat a balanced amount of fat and carbohydrate

•Formation of bones and teeth
•Coagulation of blood
•Contraction of muscles
•Milk production
•Cardiac action
•Keeping cell membranes intact
•Transformation of light to electrical impulses in retina
•In metabolism of enzymes and hormones
3- Calcium is needed for strong bones. It is also needed for your heart, muscles and nerves to function properly and for your blood to clot normally.
