Introduction



Staying healthy means you have to be free of sickness. Free of sickness means you can live longer. You have to follow a healthy lifestyle that starts with changing your food and never ends with quitting the bad habits. Your body is like an engine if you feed it well it work efficiently. You need your body to stay healthy, so it can function properly. You have to exercise frequently, eat healthy foods, and give it enough rest.
